Orders

You can easily order by adding a product to your shopping cart, filling in your details, and paying. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
We can only adjust your order while it's still pending processing. Please contact us by email as soon as possible.
Check your spam folder. If the email isn't there, please contact us so we can help.
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Please contact us immediately by email.
Shipping and delivery

After placing your order, it usually takes 1-2 business days to process. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your Track & Trace code.
First, check your Track & Trace code. Contact us if you haven't received anything after the expected delivery time.
We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Take photos of the damage and contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Returns and exchanges
Yes, you can return a product within 14 days of receipt, provided it meets our return policy. See our Returns & Exchanges page for more information.
You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs, unless the product was delivered damaged or defective.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
Yes, you can exchange products. Please contact our customer service to arrange this.

No, the vases and accessories in the photos are for decoration purposes only and are not included.

Unless specifically stated, our products are intended for indoor use.
