Lux Lights Return Policy
At Lux Lights, we strive to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, no problem. You can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt.
14 Days Reflection Period
From the moment you receive your order, you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep the product. You can cancel your purchase within this period without giving a reason. We do ask that you handle the product and packaging with care. You may inspect and evaluate the item as you would in a store.
How Do You Return Your Order?
If you decide to return your purchase, please let us know within 14 days. You can send an email to info@lux-lights.nl with your name, order number, and which item(s) you wish to return. We will then send you the return instructions and a return label.
Package the product securely, preferably in the original packaging, and include your proof of purchase. Then, take the package to the post office and send it back to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or we made an error.
Return Policy
It's important that the item is unused and undamaged. If possible, we prefer to receive it in its original packaging with all labels and accessories. Unfortunately, some products cannot be returned. This applies to items that have been custom-made for you, products that spoil quickly, or sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal is broken.
Lux Lights does not offer refunds for sale items. These items can only be exchanged for another item in the collection or redeemed for store credit.
Refund
Once we've received and inspected your return, you'll receive a confirmation. We'll ensure the refund is credited to your account within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the amount to appear in your bank account.
Received a defective or wrong item
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If there's anything wrong with the product, such as a defect or damage, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lux-lights.nl . We 'll be happy to work with you to find a suitable solution, and in this case, we'll reimburse the return shipping costs.
