Lux Lights Shipping Policy

At Lux Lights, we want to make things as easy as possible for you. Below, you can read all about our shipping terms and conditions.

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over $50
    Shipping is completely free on orders over $50, both within and outside Europe.
  • Orders under $50
    For orders under $50, we charge a shipping fee of $4.95. This is automatically added at checkout.

Delivery time

  • Processing time: From Monday to Friday we aim to process your order within 24 hours.
  • Delivery: After your order has been shipped, it usually takes 3 to 5 business days for you to receive it.
  • Shipping Partners: We work with PostNL and DHL to ensure your package is delivered reliably and quickly.
  • Track & Trace: As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to easily track your order.

Environmentally Friendly Shipping

We're happy to contribute to a better environment. That's why we ship our products directly from the supplier or our secondary warehouse to your address. This has several advantages:

  • Lower CO₂ emissions: By reducing storage, transport and packaging costs, we limit our impact on the environment.
  • Preventing waste: By not keeping large stocks, we prevent overproduction and waste.
  • No extra costs: You do not pay extra for shipping costs, we cover them.

Order Not Received?

  • Check your Track & Trace code: Sometimes there may be a delay at the delivery service.
  • Contact us: If you haven't received your order after 5 business days, please let us know at info@lux-lights.nl . We'll get started right away.
  • Carrier investigation: In the rare event a package is lost, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. We ask for your cooperation in this process.
  • Solution: We will provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible, such as resending your order or refunding the purchase price.
