At Lux Lights, we deliver quickly, carefully, and transparently. On this page, you'll find all the information about shipping costs, delivery times, tracking, insured shipping options, and what to do if you have any questions or problems.
Postage costs
Free shipping from €50
Orders with a total amount of €50 or more are shipped for free (within and outside Europe).
Orders under €50
For orders under €50, we charge €4.95 in shipping costs. This amount is automatically calculated at checkout.
Insured shipping (optional)
Choose Insured Shipping for €2.95 during checkout and enjoy extra peace of mind:

Coverage up to €500 in case of loss, theft or irreparable transport damage.

We will immediately provide a free replacement or refund (up to the insured amount).

Submitting a claim is easy: respond to your order confirmation or email info@lux-lights.nl with your order number and Track & Trace code.
Terms and conditions in brief

Coverage lasts from the moment of transfer to the carrier until delivery.

Report loss/theft as soon as it becomes clear that the package has not been delivered or cannot be found by the carrier.

Please keep your emails/Track & Trace information, as we need it to process your claim smoothly.

We aim to process orders placed Monday to Friday within 24 hours .
Delivery (after shipment)

Within Europe: on average 3–5 working days

Outside Europe: on average 5–10 working days
Please note: due to high demand, delivery time may occasionally increase to 8–12 working days .

We ship primarily with PostNL , DHL, and DPD for reliable and predictable delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your Track & Trace code .
Tracking Tool on our website
Track your package live using our tracking tool on the website. Daily updates on your package's journey are typically displayed here.
Enter one of the following details to see all the information immediately:

only your Track & Trace number .
The Tracking Tool can be found via the menu item “Tracking Tool” on our website.
Sustainable shipping
We ship directly from the supplier or our secondary warehouse whenever possible. This has advantages:

Fewer transport movements and therefore lower CO₂ emissions .

Less packaging material and less waste .

No extra costs for you — we'll cover it for you.
Not received, delayed or damaged?

Check Track & Trace / Tracking Tool
Sometimes there's a delay with the carrier. Check if a new delivery date has been scheduled. -
Still no delivery after 5 working days (within Europe)?
Contact us at info@lux-lights.nl . Please include your order number and postal code . -
Investigation at the carrier
If necessary, we will immediately initiate an investigation with the carrier. We will ask you for any additional information (e.g., a declaration of non-receipt). -
Solution
We always provide a suitable solution— reship or refund . With insured shipping, we'll immediately arrange a replacement up to €500 . -
Received damaged
Please report visible damage within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the packaging and product. This allows us to quickly contact the carrier.
Special situations

Partial shipment / partial deliveries
Your order may arrive in multiple packages. You will then receive a separate Track & Trace code for each package. -
Incorrect or incomplete address information
Please verify your address at checkout. Lux Lights is not liable for delays or loss due to incorrect address information. Please contact us immediately if you discover an error. -
Absent upon delivery
The carrier will deliver to your neighbors or a collection point if possible. Check your Track & Trace for the current status and collection instructions. -
Holidays and exceptions
Processing and delivery may vary around holidays and peak periods. We'll communicate this as clearly as possible on our website and in your Track & Trace code. -
Outside the EU
Any import duties/taxes and customs checks may affect delivery time and will be charged to the recipient (if applicable).
